Heya! I just wanted to let you know that Ivyscan (http://ivyscan.kakyoku.org/)released volume 2, chapter 11 of "Golden Days" by Takao Shigeru. I don't know whether or not you knew, or what, so I figured I'd make a post. It's an awesome shonen-ai manga. Thank you so much for your updates. I find so much great manga through your site. ^_^
Actually I did noticed it too last night but on MU website it said it's also shoujo as well so I hesitate and not release it.
I do have to admit I haven't read this manga at all though. :p If it doesn't focus too much on shoujo then I don't mind posting it since I get annoyed when manga have shoujo in it.
I;ll stop talking and dl it it now to see if it's not like I thought. ^^
Yeah, I hate that too. It bothers me when shoujo authors throw in little bits of shounen-ai (or what they think is shounen-ai) to be fashionable, and then people insist that the story is shounen-ai when it's not. As for "Golden Days", it's light shounen-ai, but so far, there's no female love interest. Granted, I've only read the first 2 chapters. If "Vassalord" can be considered shounen-ai, I think it's safe to say that "Golden Days" is shounen-ai as well. A lot of shounen-ai mangas are listed as shoujo on MU, but I think that has more to do with the the storyline and side characters than anything. This one's more shounen-ai than "Cantarella" (at least, so far in the "Cantarella" storyline), and in that manga, the main character is most certainly in love with his male best friend (and possibly his worst enemy XD). Since "Golden Days" is set in the main character's grandfather's past, there's going to be a marriage at some point (since the kid himself would not be here if his grandfather didn't marry and have a daughter), but I don't
