I just wanted to clarify something. You are a member of the community correct? If so then I don't know what's wrong since I just check the post and the dl links and I can dl from it. So I'm not sure if it's a glitch of not. O.o

hahaha! Almost always communities tend to be F-Locked so you have to join them in order to view the posts.
