I dunno if it's that people are too shy to comment on fics that are x-rated or just that they're too shy to comment period:\ When I first came to livejournal the internet in genreal, actually, if I'm being honest, I was too shy to comment on anything, no matter how much I liked it. Also, I just never knew what to say. Hell, I still never know what to say...^^; I feel lame just saying "I like it."o.o I also have this bad habit of putting off reading stuff that I wanna read, because I'm lazy and have to be in a certain mood to read fanfiction...so I hardly ever read something as soon as it's posted...lol even if I've been dying waiting for the author to post the fic...*is retarded but can't help it* XD

But you're right about it being stupid to not comment on something just because it's x-rated and you don't want people to know you read that kind of stuff. The way I see it, if you're in fandom at all, people are just going to assume you read that stuff anyway, so what's the point in avoiding it?8D
