Our policy has been to do first name only. We didn't want to have any privacy concerns for anyone :)

I'm sorry! I just saw this. By forum, which location did you mean? I just wanted to make sure it makes its way into the yuujinchou sent to Japan if you'd like that. We could put a note on your entry to make sure even if it was drawn, we would draw someone else to be the winner of the DVD box set.
