A friend insisted I post this.
This is the prose-poem I wrote a couple of days ago. It's different from the sort of thing I would usually post, but it is closer to the prose-poetry I would usually write.

Ach, I wish I could say it for you, as it's so much better that way. But even so. <3

This was just so captivating...!
And it was interesting, I really loved how I got thoughts of Estonia's flag colors through the whole thing.

Ahaha, thank you <3 To be honest, I'm always a little bit unsure about posting stuff like this, because of the unusual form.

I really enjoy seeing this kind of writing, actually... maybe it's the pacing, it just feels natural.

I'm so glad you enjoyed it, anon. It's difficult to get this sort of thing reading quite right - especially when transferring vocal to text.

This is absolutely captivating. Very powerful, and I love the intensity of the emotions in it (I've never heard the subject addressed in such an aggressive, harsh way, either). And, if someday you had the opportunity to record a spoken version, I'd be really excited to hear it, too!

I'm so pleased that you liked it. Ordinarily, I'm not sure I would write about this subject in such a weighty way, but here I was also trying to address both the revolution itself and all the baggage that came before, years and years and years of it.

Maybe some day I will be able to put up a spoken version. <3
