It's been many years since I've visited the ROM, but I remember that totem pole!

I'm unbelievably envious of the vantage point you got take photos of the city from! :O So awesome.

What is that first picture of? And the last one? (I get that they are beers, just not sure if that's how the bar/restaurant displays what they have or what?)

I love your photos. Lovely as always. I wish I could take shots as well. Maybe once I learn how to use my SLR? Maybe...?

The first is a ceiling. The last was an interesting display at a bar I went to, I've never seen them to it like that!

Where is the ceiling? It looks almost religious in design.

Yeah. It's my grandpa's F-series Nikon. I asked for it shortly after he died and we only found it this winter (a year and a half after he died)!

It still has some film he had used in it, so I'm going to use that up on some shots since who knows if it'll develop well at this point. I just ordered batteries for it. Just need to read the manual to make sure I don't accidentally break it!

It's in the Royal Ontario Museum... I think that was originally the main entrance hall but they've put additions on and it's not anymore.
