Prompt Submissions
Prompt submissions open on Saturday, February 1st, 2011. For this round, users may submit a maximum of ten prompts, with a limit of four prompts for the same fandom. If more than ten prompts are submitted by a single user only their first ten will be added. If a single user submits more than four prompts for the same fandom, only four prompts will be added to the list to be claimed. The post will be screened, so people can submit their prompts anonymously. You do not have to make a claim in order to prompt, so please add to the writing fun! :D
The prompts must be in the following format:
Fandom - Pairing: Prompt
If your fandom is Japanese, we ask that you please use the Japanese name to avoid confusion over which name to use in our tagging system. (Noted exceptions are: Detective Conan and Phoenix Wright series.)
For the pairing name please provide both their first and last name if it's known in canon. Again, if you're going to be choosing a Japanese fandom please provide the character's family name first, unless the character specifically introduces themselves with given name first to others. (Such as non-Japanese characters in an anime.)
You can either choose off of the proverbs table provided for this round, or you can choose your own proverb. For the purpose of this round, a proverb will be defined as any moral-imbued statement or metaphor which contains some measure of wisdom.
Please note that we will not be accepting anything except for the proverb itself; we will not reproduce any further sentences or guiding principles besides the fandom and pairing submitted with your prompt request. That's part of the "challenge"! :)

All submissions must be posted no later than the end of the day on Friday, March 25th, 2011 to be considered not defaulted. The Master List will be posted shortly thereafter.

There will be weekly "lightning" rounds posted during the Prompt Phases to keep everyone sufficiently entertained. These are entirely optional, do not need to be nor will they be "claimed," and we encourage you to participate at your leisure! Lightning prompts can be submitted for at any time for the round it was posted. In other words, any lightning prompt tagged with Round 09 is free game to post at any time during this round!
