Round 10 Interim: Lightning Prompt #4 - "written" & Next Round Announcement
H-hello, your resident lurker mod here. *stifles the urge to hide behind something*
So! Another week (or so), another lightning prompt! This week is a little different, perhaps. The prompt is:

Does your character have a letter she treasures? Does a certain note make her smile - or make fear suddenly bloom in the pit of her stomach? What would your character write in a diary? Better yet, what would happen if someone found said diary? ;) Or what other ideas might you come up with? :D
For authors, lightning challenge entries should be 300 words or less (preferably of a round number like 100, 200 etc) and posted using the same guidelines as normal submissions to the community. For artists, sketches are acceptable for these, too!

Also~ You can consider this your official notice to start jotting down ideas for the Round 10!
Apologies for the delayed start from the originally planned May 1. Part of it is my fault since I offered to help, but then said I wouldn't be around next weekend. Also, slow LJ makes creating and modifying a new layout a big pain, so I've been told.
No fear, we should have everything out by this coming weekend! Look forward to it~
