I finally looked up the No S diet Thing you People got going on, and it's like, duh, that's pretty much how I eat when I eat reasonably, and it's usually enough to lose some weight, albeit slowly. It's easier here on LJ, because we write stories for one another to respond to. I can pick an interesting detail and add my own perspective or offer encouragement, or whatever. I like the shared journal experience.
