Totally her fault! Was the king really a priss?

That particular king, I have no idea. However, Austria practically grew up with the Habsburgs. They were the ones with the "Let others wage wars, but you, happy Austria, marry" motto, they were great art patrons, and they're very much part of the aristocracy in the past... so no surprise that Austria became the way he is because of them.

But its also partly thanks to Hungary that they became his bosses in the first place. Hehe. :)
