over - Lyrics and Translation

Still a draft. The phrasing of this song is weird and sounds choppy, even in Japanese, hence the weird English as a result. There's some interesting wordplay going on, as well as lots of ambiguity in this one. I'm only about 80% satisfied with this. . . I need to listen to this song a few more times. . . will edit further later.

uhh...really nice lyrics again, I wonder, if they check beforehand not to get some crappy blahblah-stuff *smile*...thank you again for translating them...SO FAST!

I've got one question, since I tried reading while listening I've come to one part:
譲れない願いを いつの日かこの腕に掴み取るまで
the "itsu no hi" - how do you translate it in this context? since I couldn't find it in your translation, I'm curious how you put it in the whole: is it "until" (the day)? it sounds more "lyrical" in your translation, but I just would like to know ^O^

I hope I don't spam to much ^_^

Ah, I like Aiba's voice in this song...*smiles*

"いつの日か" = itsuno hi ka

I've translated it as "someday", although it can also be rendered as "one of these days". It's a bit of archaic language that you won't hear often in colloquial Japanese.

oh, I see...thank you! I often wonder about those "special" phrases which are difficult to translate without further knowledge into the language/culture...maybe it's just my lack of knowledge *__*
