Ethnic Food?

Okay Yesterday while I was working I had a instant craving for sukiyaki, So after work I went to KTA (it’s a supermarket on the Big island ) with my sister. Since My sister had to do some shopping too I told her that all I need is Shoyu so she can go get her shrimps and stuff and I meet her in that aisle. I think they changed it to "Ethnic Foods" cuz everybody knows KTA is Japanese based...If I remember correctly, KTA stands for "Koichi Taniguchi and Associates" or something like that...I'd have to walk in the store to verify the first name...(-_-;)

Asian food, oriental food, ethnic food, is it really a big deal what they call it? :)

no it doesn't matter what they call it, but it's the first time I seen an ethnic food section Here. But think a lot of people was getting confuse because they put back the oriental sign and kept the ethnic food sign under it. I think the only reason why they added an ethnic foods section is because there are a lot of people moving here from the mainland.
