Yes, I imagine 'Lady Margaret' is referring to Princess Margaret Rose, the Queen's sister. I'm slightly confused about the age thing too though; they were both little girls when Edward abdicated I think - although I suppose Elizabeth was in her 20s(I think :/) when she came to the throne, so maybe Miyako is portraying her at that age?

That's the only way it'd make sense... let's wait and see, maybe everything will be explained. Maybe they have some flashbacks or something, because even Tsuzuki Mia, the honkoen Lady Margaret, is already a bit too much for a child role, though she did nicely in Studio.
