that part... so unexpected, yet absolutely stunning imagery. you get a heart for this.

This is an fan-utterly-tastic story of Mohinder's breakdown. I love how everything from here:

He surpasses Sylar’s body count four days later. Five million people dead because of his “cure.” And the reports keep coming.

Mohinder laughs. There’s nothing else he can do.

...just leaves you gasping with awe. Killing more people than Sylar is the best touch - that's one thing sure to drive Mohinder through the wall, isn't it?

Brilliant! - was what I was thinking when I saw Mohinder recognize Sylar like that. It's very cinematic, Nathan looking shocked --> Sylar looking shocked... "You killed my father," Mohinder looking very happy. So unnerving, indeed! And:

The kiss is manic, intense; and Mohinder doesn’t stop laughing.

Then when we see why Mohinder "knew he'd come back", it's an even better turn on it.

Brilliant and creepy and wonderful all around. :D

*whimper* I knew death week was going to be hard but *sniff*.

"Sylar sinks down, holding his head in his hands, and tries to remember how to breathe. " - Now that is a literal Killer Ending Line. This was beautifully written, the mania and the guilt of Mohinder were both crystal clear. The little moment between 'Nathan' and Mohinder in front of the cameras was a great touch.

You think it's possible to track down and hug a ghost?

When Mohinder started laughing and kissing Sylar I was afraid he lost his mind. The whole thing was great- the mass murder, Mohinder's guilt and suicide. And that letter! Poor Mohinder, I'll be so glad when death-week is over.

Oh dear GOD. This was BEAUTIFUL. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed reading this. It ripped my heart out, but I think this is one of the best fics I've ever read. I could see everything so vividly, as if I had that copy of Time magazine in my hands. Oh MY.
