Shipping to Indonesia would be $6.55 USD, so the total with PayPal fees would be $11.17 USD.

Yes, they are both still available. :)

Just to make sure you saw the note under the image, Japan's box has a dent in it. But North Italy's is actually 100% fine! (I accidentally had it listed wrong).
