Hey all, so sorry for the delays, but the nominations are finally out on test and being rapidly debugged as we speak. We're going to deploy ASAP, not too much longer now I hope, and open nominations basically the second we can, and signups the second those are done. Sorry again for the delays!

Just to keep you all in the loop, the nominations code has taken longer than I hoped to get up and running, but is now in the last stages of debugging and should be deployed soon.
