I have to disagree with your opinion on GTA. To me at least the game has always been about telling a story not about the 'going on a rampage' stuff. And GTA has done that better than 95% of other games and to me it looks like it won't be any different in GTAIV.
I agree 100% with you on Manhunt though. Rubbish
