I remember as a kid loving the absolutely silly movies that channels like USA would show on their Up All Night program late at night. They had hilarious premesis, shoestring budgets and actors that would probably fail a high school drama class. Woah woah woah, don't be dissn one of the greatest movies of all time Super Mario Bros.

I don't really think Uwe Boll's movies are B movies, they're just bad. Here's an example the recent Rambo was a good B movie. Not really much plot, but it was good none the less. That trailer for Far Cry looked horrid. Just really bland and bad.

Wait, hang on, just read a few things again. What's this anime convention you're talking about? It seems to come out of nowhere and and I'd love to see some anime principles applied to Hollywood movies but it's only done a few times and quite selectively, as the nature of anime is to have so many 'conventions' that one could rip from it for ages without having to repeat ripping the same thing over again which is what's happening now ( ... )
