Tailoring: I only know UP Diliman (but they say it's a bit expensive), Gil Puyat (you'll have to design the outfit and give her all the details you can for an easier time, but you can more or less negotiate for the price. I have their contact details too), Rainey's lola and Jurgen's aunt.

Well, depends on what you want to have made. o_o Gil Puyat = sucks with anything leather. XD There's one along Katipunan that makes suits cheap as well.
