I mean, why do Americans always get so crazy about their government people having affairs? Yes, it really lacks integrity, and it really does make liars out of them, but... politicians lie about everything else! Why drag their bedrooms into the mix? Ohhhhhkay, THAT makes more sense. I really appreciate the clarification, because I had no fucking clue why it was such a big deal. NOW it makes perfect sense to me.

I heard that in this case it was about the potential for blackmail, as dorknessrising said, but otherwise, yeah, who cares? If Stephen Harper is having an affair (sorry for putting that thought in your head) I not only don't care, I really don't want to know about it. Really.

And I can't stand the Ford brothers. Among other things, since when does a city have two mayors at the same time? (Or as good as.)

YES. They practically are both the mayor! I am just so sick of the Hydra that is those two. I really have no choice but to deal with Toronto politics, being as close to the city as I am, and I am tired of hearing about their idiocy, and the complacency of the people who like him. It reminds me of the blind followers of Hazel McCallion, who refuse to see scandal because she is so beloved. Ugh.

If getting a bj's the worst thing Clinton did, and for a lot of people it is, then he's by far the best president I've ever had in my lifetime (come to think of it? He probably actually is, haha.) What's even more annoying is some people disliked Hillary during the primaries in '08 and favored Obama just because she stayed with Bill, which... REALLY? I love Obama, but using THAT of all things against her was so beyond shitty. I just can't with some people. Gahhh ( ... )

I find the worst part about the whole Twilight thing for Kristen Stewart is that people now think she is a shitty actress. But I saw Snow White and the Huntsman and found her to be actually good! So I dunno.
