Who doesn't love a good grim fairy tale? As much as I enjoy Disney's spin on fairy tales, I love the Grimm Brothers because they're more twisted.

I totally agree. Unfortunately, these have not gotten the best ratings, as awesome as their concept looks. Totally a shame.

He did an Alice in Wonderland game, though, believe it or not, a long time ago. I never got a chance to play it but always wanted to. American McGee's Alice, I believe. Maybe as far back as 2000. Maybe even earlier than that. So I'd imagine it's pretty dated-looking by now.

Yep! I saw a trailer for American McGee's Alice on G4's Cinematech (either the daytime Cinematech or Cinematech: Nocturnal Emissions...probably Nocturnal Emissions) a while ago, so I researched on it. I was disappointed to find out it had come out a while ago and was for PC. (I wasn't much for PC gaming back then.)

There were even rumors that a movie was being made based on that game, but it's been years since that rumor started, so I think it's died by now.

And anyway Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland is coming out, so we'll see what he does with it. ...though his Mad Hatter really does look mad...maybe a little too mad... Dx I'm scared he might haunt me in my dreams. xD

And from what it looks like, it's based upon "Through the Looking Glass" rather than the first book? Or am I wrong?

I get tired of everyone talking about how wonderful Johnny Depp is. BUT, I like Tim Burton. I like Johnny, too. Just not the hype. :) I think it looks good (tho I was not very into Willy Wonka, Alice is something I am into).

Tim Burton must really like Johnny too...since he's in a lot of his movies. xD
