We didn't look forward to turning 21 either. We hid from it the best we could - didn't even have a drink - just a modest dinner and 2 seats at The Phantom of the Opera.
You bring up a very dissapointing trend: the people who have the intellectual capacity to go FAR with their lives do not lend themselves to having significant amounts of offspring, leading to an already limited number of Uber-skilled intellectuals and an abundance of unskilled laborers-to-be.
Perhaps its nature's way of attacking humans with "Survival of the fittest" because the viability of people who have LOTS of kids offsets human advancements.
It also makes for the current status of a small number of executives and large number of less-skilled laborers glutting the job market.
Once again, I find myself completely off-topic and cannot find my way back. I've lost my mind to Hot Pockets and 30 cent apple pies. @_@

Don't remind me...
"I don't really want to turn 21"
At least you're not turning 26 this year. >8U
