My turn to update is it? =X Well since Angie posted so many icons (i'm still dizzy from the amount she made @_@! Super woman I tell you!), I thought I would do a tutorial instead and we haven't had an icon tutorial for awhile. photoshop, I used 7 but I'm pretty sure it works the same in all the newer versions as well XD
