Updated YUI-Net Layout

Yeah, the title says it all. YUI-Net updated its layout again!~ If you are following @YUI_News in Twitter, I tweeted it earlier that they updated the website yet again.

One of the most obvious changes since its the one that welcomes you when you enter the site is the option on whether to view YUI-Net in HTML or in Flash.
