[No, he's not naked and the only thing with wings in his immediate vicinity is Chimera himself. He's nestled in the lower level of the castle in his dark little rooms, curled around his two tiny friends. It might be a little humiliating for them to be snuggled, but it's warm and comfortable and quiet in the shell of Chimera's wings

[While tiny!Jakku did find it humiliating, the warmth and luxurious softness is adequate to appease a king, and so he's dozed off eventually at some point.

Yuusei himself doesn't have much need for sleep. Of course, it's partially because of the being dead-and-on-life-support bit, he's mostly at peace with himself and his situation, his thoughts kept completely tranquil and at peace with his Clear Mind.]

I'm amused that they turned him upside down so no one would realize the similarities to the DWheel
