finals week take 2.2 plus i hate my roommates

Second finals week for graduate school, and it is pretty horrific. My finals are spread out over 2 weeks. Completed the first week of finals yesterday, and of the 3 finals I had this week, I did horrific on at least one, awful on the second, and as expected on the third. I'm also in hate with my roommate situation. I basically never cook because they always leave it filthy and I would have to clean up their dishes in order to do any of mine. It makes me feel like such crap. One is also an unofficial roommate, she just kind of ends up here and cooks for the actual roommate.

I want to move, but I need to save up some money first and rebuild my savings a bit. I'm wondering if I can put up with it another year and maybe I'll be able to get preapproved to buy instead of rent. I just know they are pushing my buttons with the kitchen. I love to cook. :(

God. I totally feel your pain. The one good thing about my situation is that there is rarely anything in the sink for more than 24 hours. K doesn't cook, and when S does, she's very conscientious about dishes in the sink. If there are piles, it's usually because of exams or papers due, which I can understand, but it's usually gone 24 hours later.

=( Hang in there. One year passes really quickly! I'm so excited to move out. I'll even be paying $250 less in rent a month. So thrilled about that. So thrilled.

That is a pretty good decrease in rent especially in the West Coast!

I'll definitely have an increase in rent living on my own, but at least I'll be able to entertain and have time to myself as much as I need. I didn't think living with a 20 year old was going to be this much of a problem, nor make me feel so damn old.

The dishes stay for multiple days. Today the dishes already in the sink were done, to have the pan of food (that was left out all night) enter the sink to soak.
