i would appreciate if you uploaded the banner to your own site, so you don't hotlink from my server. a good picture hosting site is photobucket.com, which is what i use.
then, you'll need to know a bit of html to actually stick the banner in your userinfo. in the box where you can edit your userinfo, type in [IMG SRC="url of picture"], making sure to substitute the "[]"s for "<>". and stick the url of the picture between the quotes. also, in big, huge, bold, capital letters, type "made by yuemeicons". actually, i'm just kidding about the big, huge, bold, capital letters; you can just do them in normal letters. :) but it would be nice if you credited me.
ok i'm a tad confused because I don't have a site but I'm thinking bout luking up this photobucket thing cause i really wanna do stuff. and of course i'd credit.
i'm sorry. i'm not very good at explaining things. i always find it easier to show, but that's kinda difficult here. maybe the light bulb will go on after you find a hosting site. if you have any specific questions, though, feel free to ask.
