Moving out today. Somehow. Every time I think I'm getting to the end of packing, I suddenly realize "Wait... I own THAT too, don't I?" The next step is to wash up all the dishes and pack them

An A in Japanese? That's great! Are you fairly fluent in it now or is it more like you know enough to get by?

I definitely only know the most basic of basics at this point. Even though I only have an intro course in each, my German, while still rudimentary, is still a fair bit more proficient than my Japanese because there's a fair bit of time at the beginning spent learning the writing system.

Yay for an A in Japanese! I'm hoping for a pass, myself... but then, when second year Japanese is at the bottom of one's priority list, I suppose one ought more or less to expect that. :P
