I was checking my email today and wondered why someone would mention me on livejournal... Then I realized, duh, the exchange. So then I promptly freaked out and suitofarmour and I stopped in the middle of an action scene in Haunting Ground to read this.

I absolutely love it! It's so cute and fluffy~ They work in a dessert shop. I'd forgotten about the dessert prompt, but I love what you did with it, it worked really well. Daehyun and Jongup were so cute together; I love the way they interacted. I really liked the way the other member of B.A.P and the Secret girls interacted with them and with each other as well. And Himchan knows that hot chocolate with espresso is different from mocha! I think that too, so I feel validated. All the little details in this... ugh it was just really cute, I'm going to roll around in feels for the rest of the day. Thank you for this!

oh my gosh i'm so glad you like it ;A; i felt so bad that i couldn't fill the first prompt, but i honestly don't watch a lot of anime TT i know a little bit about fma, but not enough to write a fic in the setting.. so i went with the second one ;; i love desserts, and dessert cafes, and i'm a bit biased towards bubble tea so i decided to just throw it all into one place and roll with it~

honestly i don't like coffee, so i have no idea if mocha and hot chocolate with espresso taste different OTL. mochas are made quite differently from hot cocoa though (at least at the place i worked lol) so i would imagine that would be the case!! i just threw it in bc himchan being a picky princess is the best ~3~ so i'm glad that it's something you actually connected to!

COUGH SYRUP SLUSH ♥ daehyun pls. xD I can guarantee you that Daehyun is definitely not even remotely cool looool and YOUNGJAE PLS. xDD these dumb butts. omg i love your himchan too (by which i mean wow what a ridiculous diva lmfao) HE'S SO GREAT., and daehyun butting heads with him If he's too dumb to save himself money, he doesn't deserve a discount /CRIES ♥ The only thing he would want from this shop is Jieun ssi’s phone number. WRITING HIMCHAN WAS MY FAVE TBH. out to make yongguk's life difficult. and the bickering between himchan/daehyun and youngjae/daehyun was really just enjoyable for me to write ;; i like snark too much.. (as shown with hana as well OTL)

AHAHAA I LOVE YOUR DAEFATTY, hating to see money spent on something undelicious and having tried everything on the menu ♥ and he's such a COMPLAINER ahahaha precious child, always getting out of situations with his fraud-level 99 mouth. His trauma about the singing too, it's totally something Dae would do, he'd stick to his strengths and try to bury his weaknesses ;__;

AND JONGUP WAS SUCH A CUTE SWEETHEART ALSKJHSGLKJ SQUISHES HIM FOREVER he's not the type to hate Daehyun for liking him ;_____;

tbh i feel like jieun just took pity on daehyun and was like "you're going to use all your money here just apply for a job already to get the discount omfg dont go broke over cake ok." also my headcannon for this was just kind of that daehyun is the type of person to complain about everything, but then still do it. while loudly complaining about how he shouldn't have to do it. and that he really takes everything to heart, no matter how much he tries to play it off, hence his fear over the singing. but yes, enough headcannoning from me OTL ;;;;;

jongup is a sweet qt pie and i was doing my best to attempt to portray that ;A;

It's a really cute (and extremely yummy!) fic ^~^ The DaeJae interactions are gold, you totally highlighted Jae's snarkiness perfectly! Poor Himchan though, no one cares about him except Jongup... ;w;
I can't see anyone in their right mind rejecting Daehyun's vocal auditions tho I shall flip them off??
At the "Hyung, can I kiss you?" line I flailed myself into oblivion ;AAAA;

thank you!! i'm glad that you liked it ^^ honestly i just have this mental image of himchan smothering jongup in a hug and being like "u r my favorite u listen to me yes" and jongup being like "hyung pls get off i can't breathe" and daehyun just glaring like "get ofF MY BoyFRieND"
unfortunately sometimes the people judging things like auditions don't make sense ;__; and they can be very mean....
ahh i'm so glad you liked that line haha ;; i'm not very good at writing romantic fluffy scenes like that sobs

tbh i wanted to mention grass jelly as well as the grape flavor, bc wow that is basically just like eating herbal medicine, but for some reason grass jelly just looks so strange typed out............
