Hm, its been awhile since I've actually said anything here.  Life has been picking up for me.

Went for my first physical in, gee, more than 10 years.  I found out that I have a vitamin D3 deficiency.  !!  And, even more shocking, I have a high cardiovascular risk.   !!!!  Especially considering that until about 2-3 weeks ago, I was walking briskly 5

Thanks! Actually, I find myself asking how I got all this stuff in the first place. I have so many books, it kind of shocks me.

I got supplementary insurance that covers contacts. Enough that I can justify having it.
