 .....and I think the weather won.  We got dust-stormed, wind-stormed and rain-stormed in that sequence a little ways into the main battle. I pulled out a day early and got in yesterday evening.  Am wandering around haplessly in my pajamas this morning, grateful to be warm and dry.  It was a lovely war up until the weather got us, though; I worked

Oh, I did! And yeah, very tiring indeed; it always is, and I think I've been to about 16 Estrella Wars by this point. They're fun but they're a lot of work, both for people who just plain attend and for the staff that runs it-- that's one of the reasons I always volunteer for the Watch (site security) and occasionally for the Chirurgeons (medical services.)

They did; they were all glad to see me, and they think my camping-gear smells WONDERFULLY INTERESTING. I, on the other hand, still smell like camp-smoke despite a bath, so now I'm gonna go take another one.
