And it might be going to be delivered on Monday.

Oooh, congratulations! And don't feel guilty at all. You deserve it! I can't wait to read your impression of it.

I always feel the same way with these sorts of purchases. Oh, guilt complex, how I loathe thee.

I always feel the same way when I buy something expensive. ^^;; Not sure why. Probably because I've always had to be very careful of money all through the last almost-decade I've been in school, though.

You have to let us know how you like the new gadget. *nodnod* I for one, will be curious to know.

I've had to be careful with money for a long, long time too-- I remember moving into my apartment and having less than $20 in the bank. I lived on a crate of cup o' soups for a whole month!

Ugh! That must have sucked. I'm glad you're in better shape now! Yeesh. I can't say I've ever been that strapped. Thank the gods.

*is envious* That sounds like excellent incentive for me to file my taxes. *always get some money back but feels like she should put the money in her Roth IRA*

You must write a review when you get it.

Repeat after me, "I've earned this." Because you have.

I know, I know. I *think* it's because this is the first year in my entire LIFE that I've been able to consider buying the Big Things (or more than one; I've bought two laptops over the last decade, and those are Big Things too)-- my first ever brand new TV, furniture that wasn't from a thrift shop or a friend, more than one set of plane-tickets in a year, the trip in October... I have the same feeling, that I ought to save my money for a rainy day. But you know, I've had rainy days, gigantic booming thunderstorms full of them, and I've managed so far. Unless I come down with cancer again and they refuse to treat me unless I can pay (in which case I am one dead Ysabet), then I'm going to use my damn income to pay my bills and enjoy life.

Erm. I'm rationalizing, aren't I? But that doesn't mean I'm not right. **halo**

And-- where was I? OH. Yeah! I will write a HUMONGOUS review! Promise.
