Came home from work yesterday with the sides and back of my throat hurting and a bit puffy; ran fever, took Theraflu (which knocks me on my ass but does make me feel better) and slept away most of the evening and night.  Got up this morning, went 'ow', called in sick and am spending the day curled up.  Sleep's the best medicine in the world.
