It's been a GOOD morning!  I got loot, I talked to my family, I got up at 6 am to cook.... okay, maybe not that last bit.  But the turkey, currently known as Big Alice, looks gorgeous, so here's hoping it turns out tasty.  The sugar I used in the brine-mixture has given it the most beautiful brown glaze, and my apartment smells of oranges and fresh
