Pics: backyard

 I can has pictures!  ^___^  I took a handful of photos of the backyard yesterday, carefully avoiding shots of how damn overgrown the grass up to the garden-pond is; and here they are.  Mostly they're just of the herbs, veggies and flowers, though there's a couple of Spot since I hardly ever post shots of her; she looks rather gargoyle-ish.  After

I keep telling you, if you want to set up some container-gardens I'll help; bet we could put some out front. Herbs'd do fine out there, there's enough shade from your overhang-- you'd just have to remember to water them *or* set up a self-waterer, which is easier than you'd think; there's lots of ways to do it.

We should really take a look at it! I'll ask my landlady on Friday when I pay the rent if I have any limits as to what I can place outside, but I doubt I'll have much as long as I don't obscure the walkway.

You might want to take a look around www.instructables.com, one of my current favorite sites-- there's some good stuff on planters and watering systems there. Besides which, it's an AMAZINGLY cool site (and it keeps making me want to build things.)
