Man oh man, what a way to end a vacation.

Let's start with the tattoo, shall we?  Yes, why not?  Okay, it's like this:  I've had this little two-oakleaves-and-an-acorn tattoo on my left hand for about 6 or 7 years now, maybe a bit longer.  I got it back when I needed to tell myself that I was strong, that I *could* be strong; oaks traditionally

First things first, the tattoo looks AMAZING. I'm really glad you didn't get it done here after all; there's no way PGH could have beaten Joker Tattoos - or the coolness of getting it done on Halloween. It's beautiful, and looks so naturally extended that if I didn't know where to look, I wouldn't see the join. Congrats on a very attractive accomplishment. ♥

You know, I made the same "mistake" at the Met, about four or five years ago, when I went with my family. I met a friend there, my first ever internet-friend-meetup in fact, and we walked around talking for a while; I saw nothing of our surroundings, really, focused on her, until we got to the temple of Dendur. At which point I died of squee. I guess there's always next time? We could go together. Seriously - you got so much more done on this vacation than I would have been able to manage on my own! I want you to be my tour guide. :D
