At the meet and greet! <3

Hello, dear blog readers! As you may know, one of my favorite J-Rock bands already landed in Philippine shores! This is the first time a mainstream J-Rock band has landed here in Manila. Their first ever concert here in the Philippines was held last January 19, 2016. Together with my co-admins in Amuse Team Philippines and Philippines’ ONE OK ROCKers, we all attended the said concert.
BEFORE THE CONCERT

I arrived at the venue, in SM Mall of Asia Arena, at around 12nn. Philippines’ ONE OK ROCKers prepared a banner to be signed by all the fans. The banner was already filled up with lots of messages when I already arrived. This was also the time I saw my friends from the Johnny’s fandom. I met new people too! Shout out to the beautiful lady I met from Davao! She’s too pretty! <3 And, to Zeniga who came from Thailand just to catch ONE OK ROCK live in Manila!


MEET AND GREET

I acquired the Pulp Royalty package with the meet and greet. We were called to get our IDs at around 3pm. We waited for around two to three hours before the meet and greet. When it was already time, I was so ecstatic and thrilled! Before that, we were given the chance to give our gifts to the band. We were not allowed to personally give our gifts so we were asked to put them all in a huge container. I only have a hand written letter for them. I hope they got to read it!

When I was already inside the room for the meet and greet and when I already had a glimpse of them, tears from my eyes suddenly started to fall. I just cannot stopped my feelings anymore at that moment. But before it was my turn to shake their hands, I got my composure back. I said hello and shook their hands. I regret that I didn’t say anything more than that. I wanted to say thank you but I got speechless. After that fateful moment, tears again started to fall. I already sobbed so hard when a staff marked my ID. The staffs of Pulp Live World noticed me crying and I was caught in camera by an Amuse Inc. staff! I was still sobbing when I was walking fast towards the VIP 2 area. I got too overwhelmed since I could not believe that it was finally happening and what’s more, here in my home country, the Philippines!

THE CONCERT

While waiting for the venue to be filled up, my friends and I were singing along to the tunes being played inside the venue. We were all fired up before the concert started! While singing and waiting, we also experienced the wonderful visual effects prepared for the concert just before it started. When the venue was finally filled up, the lights were dimmed and voila, the concert finally began!

I was located in VIP 2, the Toru section. I couldn’t stop looking at Toru while he was playing the guitar. He was just so sexy with all the fanservice he did. Taka visited our section from time to time. I also couldn’t stop looking at him. Ryota once took our side and behold, those abs! We also coudn’t forget about Tomoya who’s rocking those drums!

We were all jumping and screaming at the top of our lungs. I couldn’t remember each detail of the concert. All I remember was I was really having fun. Although this was already the second time I attended a rock concert, I was still shocked of the rock culture we have here in the Philippines. I got too squeezed inside! I was so scared I would fall off but luckily, I did not.

What’s my most favorite part of the concert?

It has to be Heartache when Taka let us sing the Japanese part. Toru was also just infront of us playing the acoustic guitar! It was so surreal. <3

AFTER THE CONCERT

I was so tired that I didn’t have the energy to speak after the concert. But, all was well and I did enjoy with my friends. <3
