[There's the sound of rain alone for a few seconds, along with the sound of a creaking, rusty swing in motion. Very faintly, there is shaky breathing in the background. He hesitates for a moment before beginning to speak.]

It really does burn.

It's... been a while.

[The squeaking stops.]

[And in comes Kaye with a piece of old metal over her head. It's steaming and seems to be starting to get holes in it from the acid wearing away at it.

When she sees Cecil she rushes over to him and glares.]

What the hell do you think you're doing?

[He finally looks over at her. The hat and two jackets he had been wearing are merely scraps, and his hands and arms are burning immensely from the acid.

He looks up at her, smiling even though the acid is now splashing onto his face.]

Hi, Kaye...

[He glances at what she's using to protect herself and a small smile forms.] Oh! Metal does work better...

[She sighs and catches up to him, moving the metal to cover them both.]

You're going to be the death of me.

[Still, she's smiling at. She's really gotten an affinity for the kid. Like a little brother. She's never had a sibling before.]

Now let's get inside.

[He climbs off the swing and shakes off his arms before moving closer to Kaye. After all, she'd probably force him to if he didn't, anyway. And if he sustained too much damage, this rain would be the end of him.

Or not, really. But it's smarter to get out of it anyway.]
