the intro says "invisible children does not condone vandalism" but then they show a video of people painting on someone's car (and the speed makes it look like it's someone elses car) and posting and painting on walls.

so the warning and the message are very different.

build, support, help - good
destroy in the name of publicity - hypocritical at best,
but worse, it's continuing and expanding the problem

They're not painting on a stranger's car. That'd be ridiculous. This is a promotional video- even if Invisible Children did support radical actions like vandalism (which they don't, and I think that should be obvious), the camera equipment and the fact that the video is on multiple websites would probably tip off the owners of the property and the authorities. As to the speed- the entire advertisement is done quickly; I may be mistaken, but I believe it's a fairly standard technique to incite excitement and activity in viewers.

Considering over 65,000 people showed up in 15 cities, I would say the strategy worked.

I'm glad you live in a world where that is ridiculous.

I realize the format was meant to grab the attention of younger viewers. but living in DC, my first thought was very defensive for the car and walls, and it broke all attention to the real purpose.
