I cannot begin to say how fantastic it is to see my prompt done in so many artistic styles. I really love this one -- oh man, how well the negative-reflections idea works. More than any of the others, it emphasizes the divide between them -- and yet there is that lovely red thread that transcends it. :)
Ohh, and what's going on in the background on Sam's side? Some figures...and something in the foreground I can't make it, but is incredibly ominous.
Thank you SO MUCH for fulfilling my prompt! I love this one to pieces too. ♥ Hope to see more from you in future!

The thing in the foreground is actually completely unintentional. It was a sloppy paint test--aw, crap. I'll get that fixed too. But I'm absolutely thrilled you like it--when I saw the prompt I thought, immediately, of the "great divide" between the world of Sam and the world of Dean, and how the string has to span that divide... I'm really, really happy that it worked. Phew! :D

Thank you, and Lavinia, for this AMAZING story to inspire me, and all the other artists who've come up with our own art prompted by yours.
