Strengths: Jamie is brilliant. He's a genuine genius, with an IQ of nearly 200. He's turned that brain to everything from medicine to his preferred venue of lies and cons. He's a fantastic liar and despite that, is usually honest, save on actual jobs.
Weaknesses: Jamie is carefree to a fault. It's hard for him to take things seriously. In many ways he's an overgrown kid. Because he's such a good liar, people generally don't trust him at his word. He also has a tendency to trust too easily considering he's in a unit of grifters in an agency of mercenaries.
