ya know, there is a file on my computer called "DEATH DEATH DEATH."
it is the final draft of the conference paper i wrote about the resilience of men in prison.
just thought i would share.
(ps, if human resilience is being offered next year, i would recommend it to you - i think you could do some really interesting things in that class, particularly given your interests, and the debate about whether or not resilience can be taught, which is slightly different from genocide curricula, but still interesting. but i think resilience can be a positive way to look at extremely traumatic and horrible things . . . i stopped making sense a couple of sentences ago, but i cannot recommend the class highly enough, and i love the professor. we could talk about it.)
tomorrow is my last day of school. friday i come to ny. you will be doing work im sure...but we should do lunch...or dinner somewhere. i think i will be in town until like tuesday or wednesday?
actually, i'll probably be okay. i'm planning on it? since writing this post, i wrote 8 pages of conference paper (for glenn) and i should finish that either tonight or tomorrow. and the other one - for which i have 19 pages of outline - i just found out has an 18-page limit. so, um, i shouldn't be too stressed out? also, i will be in the city on friday & tuesday anyway for my internship so, um, hookah bar? i miss you.
