I can't comment until I know if you finished with "Journey's End" or if you meant you finished completely, meaning you watched "The End of Time Pt. 1 and 2" because I don't want to spoil anything for you LOL
HAHAHAHA I CAN SEE WHY. BUT IT WAS SOMETHING TO DO HOMEWORK TO AND I REALLY DON'T REMEMBER WHAT HAPPENED. ALSO THAT PROBABLY HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH MARATHONING THE ENTIRE FIRST SEASON TODAY. >.>
Likewise, I don't know if you mean the specials, or just Journey's End. BUT ;_; Journey's End alone left fandom (and me) completely gutted. Donnnnnnaaaaa!
The Titanic special wasn't bad? Nothing outstanding, but it has its moments. And anyway, the Doctor gives himself an age in that one and proves himself a dirty rotten liar. He's claimed that age for several regenerations now, so I call shenanigans :P
I read huge amounts of fix-it fic after that one and even went so far as to pick up Donna in a multi-fandom RPG, because I needed to make it better that badly. The good news is, there's some awesome stuff coming up despite Donna's exit.
GUH that sounds awesome. Do you possibly have links? ;) I want to get into the DW fandom, but I don't have time to discover all of it for myself. I think I'm going to have to beg for help from people to point me to the correct corners of lj xp.
Idk, it was really intense and sad, but for some reason it was also pretty satisfying episode. I mean, Rose gets Doctor.2, Donna saves the universe and everyone else does their part, and then things go back to before. It's tragic and heart-wrenching, but hmmm I guess I didn't have that burning desire to see it fixed.

Yep, gutted is a GREAT word to use. ALSDFJAJSLDKF 24 hours later, and I'm STILL REELING.
