I have the kids - I have a parent teacher conf. at 3:30 to 4pm, so I could have a window from 4-5 - not much help; but I'm willing if you need some help with heavy lifting or moving for just that hour?? I know: pretty worthless, but it's what I can offer. Call me if you need me (advance notice good - otherwise I'll yoink Aurora outta school after the conf. So if you reach me late I'll have 1 or 2 kids w/me: heh, but Aurora's strong too: (grin) she'd probably love to help.

I very much appreciate the offer. I'm pretty sure I'm good though. I've found quite a few people to help out and it sounds like it would be a major pain for you. I've got a few fine, young, strapping gentlemen for heavy lifting. Plus I'm hoping to be done moving by the early afternoon.

I wonder what exactly "strapping" means, sounds kinda kinky, but I assure you I mean it in a very non-kinky sorta fashion.
