An old friend of mine, Brian 'IAmNotAUserName' Shields, known on here as spasmaton took his own life some time on Sunday morning. I don't have any further details, and here's not the place for them anyway. To the best of my knowledge the important people, his

That's really bad. I'll always remember him for being the happiest person around and always being extremely pleased to see you when you randomly bunmped into him which happened rather a lot! RIP Brian x

Really sorry to hear that.

Aside from a couple of chance meetings, I only really knew him through SellOut, but he seemed like a sound fella.

My condolences to you and those others who knew him better than me.

I find it hard to believe he's gone in this way. I was speaking to him several times last week an he seemed his usual positive self. If you hear anything about the funeral etc could you please let me know? Myself and Richard spent alot of time with him when he lived in Sheffield, but I was out of the metal loop and had never met his girlfriend etc so I've only found out this morning via Wayne.
