One of my students insisted I was pregnant today. She came up to the front of the room and touched my stomach. She was making such a huge deal about it. I told them all i was just fat, and not to expect anyone in 9 months. -
Problems with other teachers
Yesterday, we had to give this practice statewide ELA (english) exam. On Monday, we had professional development, just like every Monday. In that PD, we went over in detail the procedures for giving the exam. Seriously, we spent about 40 minutes of the 60 explaining everything. Two teachers on my team were not there. Why? I don't know. It finally happened. A student hit on me. I was covering a class for a teacher in a meeting, and one of his students (who needless to say is always walking into my room for whatever reason, and who is ALWAYS in trouble) said while I was over at his group's table asking them to get started - and a quote - “once upon a time, I saw a pretty teacher” ( Read more... ) -

Is there a way to block the colors from people's IMs? I hate when the background changes when people change the defaults. Sometimes, I can't read it. It's so annoying! -
