As Viggo was campaigning for both Appaloosa and now Good, I was struck by a comment that Ed Harris made about 'Viggo not making friends easily' and how although they knew each other from HOV, that they weren't necessarily 'friends' in the sense of hanging out together. Ed even talked about how busy Viggo was (as if to excuse the lack of being mates). Yet in every interview I've seen from Jason or Viggo, their fast and strong friendship has been commented on.
It's so curious! Both are married, both have kids (Ed and Jason) yet Viggo seems to have bonded more with Jason on a personal level. Dunno, just struck me as interesting... (and much more slashy)
Yes it is very interesting what differs Ed from Jason, I wish I knew more about them, but for some reason I speculate that Jason is more "European" which is something I feel that Viggo might appreciate, and I think he is a "softer" kind of person and that too could make Viggo tick.
I also think that Viggo likes to be "loved for who he is" (not all people like that, they don't want to be seen through) and Jason does that. In my speculations.

I've always thought it was riculous how some fans have critisised the San Lorenzo fan boying, but that jacket might be even a bit much for me:D I love how he uses the team flag and other fan boy stuff to detract attention from other stuff. Interviewers are so busy being boggled by all the red and blue that they forget to ask about his love life.
It looks like a party jacket one might wear for Carnival.
I wonder if he didn't have much choice in attire - I understand that Viggo and Miriam missed their connecting flight and then had to drive the last leg of their trip so they were 3 hours late for the press conference.
But it is an interesting theory that all the SL stuff is a distraction for the press!

But you're right it really does look like a carnival jacket. I'd be a bit shellshocked if that's what the team members wear for team photos and such.
