This has been a rough week. It started with our 16 1/2 year old dachhound having heart failure and having to be put to sleep. Now that was an amazing experience. Horrible sad but he looked almost like a puppy after he was "sleeping". He walked stiffly across the exam table to his 'Mama' for me to hold him while they gave him oxygen which releived

I am sorry to read of the loss of your dog. That is such a hard time to go through. I will probably have to be sedated when that times come for my "puppy", and I sure it is only a few years down the road. My thoughts and prayers are with you through this rough period.
