yes - I bought some a while ago. yes - you do feel like you're washing your face in oil.
the way it was explained to me was that you don't wash off w/water. you have to use a toner or the tea tree water cause, well, it's oil. it's not designed to use every day. I like to use it after a performance - gets all the make-up off nicely. Kinda like cold cream.
First, I'd like to say that the Teavana people are usually really cool about scooping the tea at 2oz intervals unless you specifically say "It's okay if it's a little over". I've never had a problem, and usually when they scoop over they immediately dive back in to remove some.
Second, what Julie said about SJG. Plus, I think it's intended for people with very dry skin. (And personally, I love Snow Fairy, just because of how sickeningly pink it smells. If I hadn't bought a giant bottle of it last month, I'd be bribing my sister to make you my grab santa.) Fresh Pharmacy's probably a good choice for you, but be advised that the online reviews of it say that it doesn't remove makeup.
At both the Prudential and Natick I've had the Teavana overfill the bag but at the very least go "oh shit, sorry" and try to even out the amount...however this chick just went "oh, I went over is that ok" *while* closing the bag--she didn't tell me how much she went over, she didn't really wait for me to say yea or nay, so I was a little bit annoyed with that (I think she was the manager and I've read stories from ex-managers complaining about being forced to over fill). I don't usually have a problem with over scooping but something about it that day really bugged me. I think it was mostly the suggested selling before hand ("buying a steeper? here, buy this five dollar spoon to go with it! No? It's the perfect scoop, the best damn scooping spoon you'll ever have! It even cures cancer!" ...ok, so she didn't say that last part, I probably would have bought it if she did) coupled with the attitude that I would just buy whatever she put in front of me that annoyed me. I still love that place and I'll be buying a crap load from them but
