Wow, I am so totally confused today. I'll recap the day first, then explain the confusion. Today was the first of our Confirmation ceremonies. Although a bit crowded, it ran smoothly. Hey All! Today was pretty crazy, I first had a practice for Confirmation to oversee. That went pretty well. Afterwards, was young adult group going to "Autumn Blaze," a Christian music concert. Well, I'm just coming back from a wedding. I'm totally wiped, but I wanted to put in a brief recount. The wedding / reception was much better than I had expected. Besides that, there was an open bar and good music. All in all, we had a great time. Well, if you've been following along my journal since I've started, you've probably noticed that things have been on a bit of an up and up. Days like today are why I keep working. This morning we set up for the parish picnic. All afternoon, the kids helped to sell tickets for rides and raffles and did other odd jobs around the picnic. We received many thanks for our aid and volunteered time. After a short break, we got back together for our regular Sunday night youth group meeting. ( Read more... )

Well, it's been an interesting, yet tiring day. I was recovering from last night's partying, attended a birthday party, and had a special dessert at a new cafe.
